Warranty periods vary by product category and begin from the date of delivery. Please refer to the table below for specific coverage:

The following are not covered under the mattress warranty:

• Mattress fabric issues such as stains, burns, pilling, or loose covers.
  
• Normal body indentations due to regular use.
  
• Comfort-related concerns (e.g., the mattress feels too firm or soft).
  
• New mattress smell/odor, which typically dissipates over time.

Proper care and responsible use are essential to keep your warranty valid. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Improper Maintenance: Use of harsh cleaning agents, abrasives, detergents, or improper care.
  
  
• Wear and Tear: Normal wear from use, including scratches, tears, scuffs, burns, watermarks, or pet damage.
  
  
• Misuse or Accidents: Damage from negligence, abuse, or misuse.
  
  
• Outdoor Use: Unless explicitly stated, products are not covered for outdoor use.
  
  
• Unauthorized Modifications: Repairs or changes made by anyone other than One Two One or its authorized service partners.
  
  
• Unauthorized Purchases: Items not purchased directly from One Two One or its authorized partners.
  
  

Decisions on warranty claims — including repairs or replacements — are solely at One Two One’s discretion.

Repairs or replacements under warranty will only be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
