As a 100% online furniture store, we’ve designed our ordering process to be seamless and straightforward. Simply select your desired items, add them to your cart, and complete your purchase through our secure checkout.

 One Two One will issue a sales order confirmation via email within one working day after receiving full payment. This confirmation will include details of the purchased products and their associated lead times. Customers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the product details and lead times provided.

Please note:

• If any errors or discrepancies (e.g., incorrect products, quantities, or lead times) are found, they must be reported within 48 hours of placing the order.
  
  
• For discrepancies specific to the information in the sales order confirmation email, they must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the email.
  
  

Failure to report discrepancies within the specified timeframes may result in One Two One not being obligated to fulfill the order.

To modify your order due to a preference change, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the sales order confirmation.

• Singapore Orders: Refunds will be processed without additional charges, except for a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee if payment was made by credit card.
  
  
• International Orders: A SGD 30 administration fee and/or applicable credit card fees will apply to cover processing costs.
  
  

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method. One Two One reserves the right to adjust the refund method if necessary.

Cancellations made after 24 hours of receiving the sales order confirmation will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the per-line-item price (after discounts) to cover logistical and handling costs.

Cancellation of Orders with Discount Voucher
If you cancel any item(s) from an order that had a discount voucher or coupon applied, your refund will reflect the final paid price after the applied discount. The discount is apportioned among the items in the order based on their respective values.

Discount Is Split Among Items:

The value of the discount you applied to the order is divided across all items in the order based on their price. For example:

Total Order Value: SGD 500

Voucher: SGD 50 discount

Item A: SGD 300 → Gets a 30/50 × SGD 50 = SGD 30 discount

Item B: SGD 200 → Gets a 20/50 × SGD 50 = SGD 20 discount

When You Cancel an Item:

If you cancel one of the items (e.g., Item A), the refund will be based on the item's price after the discount (SGD 300 - SGD 30 = SGD 270 refunded for Item A).

• No Reuse of Full Discount:
  
• The voucher’s remaining value cannot be reapplied to the remaining item(s) in the order.
  
• The remaining item(s) will keep their original portion of the discount (e.g., SGD 20 for Item B).
  

Example:

You order two items:

Item A: SGD 300

Item B: SGD 200

Total: SGD 500

Voucher: SGD 50 → Final Paid: SGD 450

Item A gets SGD 30 of the discount (final cost: SGD 270).

Item B gets SGD 20 of the discount (final cost: SGD 180).

Now, you cancel Item A:

Refund = SGD 270 (price after discount).

You cannot reuse the SGD 30 discount from Item A.

Remaining order:

Item B still has its original discount (SGD 20).

This ensures fairness in dividing the discount but avoids "double-dipping" by using the discount again after a cancellation.

To ensure optimal value for our customers, all bundle (Purchase with Purchase) offerings are meticulously priced. As such, partial cancellations are not permitted for bundle orders. Only complete cancellations will be processed, and a handling fee may apply in certain cases. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.

Payment for Singapore Orders

Payment Currency:
All transactions are conducted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Payment Methods:
We accept PayNow, bank transfers, and debit or credit card payments. Please note that any platform administrative fees for card payments will be borne by the customer. Payment details will be provided at checkout.

Payment Confirmation:
An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed, serving as acknowledgment of your order placement.

Payment Processing Time:
Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Order processing will begin after payment confirmation.

Balance Payment:
If the balance payment is not completed within the stipulated time, the order will be canceled, and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.

Payment Disputes:
In case of disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including withholding product delivery or pursuing legal remedies.

Payment Security:
Your payment information is safeguarded with secure encryption technology to protect sensitive data.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to all customers of One Two One, both in-store and online, unless otherwise stated.

Promotion Period
The validity period of the promotional offer will be indicated on the voucher, promotional materials, or is applicable while stocks last.

Discount Details

The discount applies only to [selected items / all regular-priced items / specified collections], and is not valid on clearance, customized, or consignment items unless otherwise stated.

Redemption Conditions

For online purchases, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Exclusions

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing offers, discounts, or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges, installation fees, and extended warranties are excluded from the discount.

Returns & Exchanges

All existing store policies—Order & payment, returns and refunds & warranty—remain in effect and are applicable to purchases made under this promotion.

If a refund or exchange is requested, the amount refunded will reflect the promotional price paid, not the original retail price.

General Terms

One Two One reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute, One Two One’s decision shall be final and binding.
