Once you're ready to complete your purchase, proceed to the checkout page where you can review your order details and select your preferred payment method. After submitting your payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email, typically within one working day.

• Payment Currency: All transactions are conducted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
• Payment Methods: Our preferred payment methods are PayNow and bank transfers. Debit or credit card payments are also accepted; however, any platform administrative charges for these transactions will be borne by the customer. Payment details and options will be provided at the time of purchase.
• Payment Security: We prioritize the security of your payment information. All transactions are processed securely using encryption technology to protect your sensitive data.
• Payment Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent to you via email once payment is successfully processed. This confirmation serves as acknowledgment of your order placement.
• Payment Processing Time: Payments may take time to process depending on the chosen payment method and your financial institution. We will initiate order processing upon successful payment confirmation.
• Balance Payment: If the balance payment fails to be made within the stipulated time, the order will be considered cancelled, and the deposit paid will be non-refundable.
• Payment Disputes: In the event of payment disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to resolve the issue, including but not limited to withholding product delivery or pursuing legal remedies.

One Two One will dispatch the sales order confirmation via email within 1 working day after receipt of full payment, detailing the acquired products and associated lead times. It is incumbent upon the customer to verify the accuracy of the purchased product(s) and lead time(s).

One Two One shall not be bound to fulfill the order in the event of

• any discrepancies identified after 48 hours from the order placement time

or

• 24 hours after the sales order confirmation was sent to the client

Should you choose to modify or cancel your order or any item(s) therein due to a change of preference, kindly notify us within ONE Day (24 hours) after the sales order confirmation was sent to you. In such an event:

• Refunds for Singapore orders will be processed without incurring any additional charges.
• Refund for international orders, please note that an administration fee of SGD$30 applies in the case of a refund request. This fee covers the administrative costs incurred by the bank for processing the refund.
• Refunds will require 7 business days for processing and will be returned to the original method of payment. Nonetheless, One Two One retains the prerogative to modify the refund method.

• Cancellation initiated after ONE day subsequent to order confirmation will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the per-line-item price sold (after applicable discounts), ascribed to logistical and handling expenditures.

• Non-Transferable Purchase Agreement
  Once a deposit has been made for any product, the purchase agreement is deemed non-transferable. The original buyer is required to complete the payment and cannot assign, transfer, or delegate the purchase to another individual or entity.
  
  Failure to fulfill the remaining payment by the original buyer may result in the forfeiture of the deposit as per our cancellation and refund policy.

In our continuous pursuit of delivering optimal value to our customers, we meticulously price all bundle (Purchase with Purchase) offerings, such as the promotion. Consequently, partial cancellation is not permissible for bundle orders.
