30-Day Return Assurance

Return requests can only be made within 30 days of the date you received the item. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we will assist in facilitating the process.

Condition of Items

To qualify for a return, items must be in as-new condition. This means the product should look and feel just like when it first arrived.

“As-new” means:

  • Unused and unassembled
  • No scratches, stains, dents, tears, or discolouration
  • Free from odours or fragrances (e.g. perfume, smoke, pets, cleaning agents)
  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included
  • If original packaging is unavailable, a S$100 repacking fee applies
  • Customers are encouraged to photograph items and packaging before handing them to our delivery team

Examples of items that cannot be returned:

  • A sofa that has been sat on and shows creases or sagging
  • A table with scratches, watermarks, or chipped corners
  • A mattress once unwrapped from its hygiene seal
  • Furniture drilled, modified, or altered
  • Items exposed to pets or smoke

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customised or customisable products
  • All mattresses (for hygiene reasons)

Restocking Fee

Due to logistics and handling costs, a 40% restocking fee applies to each returned item (after discounts, if any).

Refund Formula:
Purchase Price – Restocking Fee – Other applicable charges (e.g. repacking, carry-down service) = Refunded Amount (S$)

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is collected and inspected.
  • Processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
