Return requests can only be made within 15 days of the date you received the item. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we will assist in facilitating the process. Please note the following conditions:

Restocking Fee

A 40% restocking fee of  the price sold per line item (after discounts, if any) due to logistics and handling.

This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Items

• Only items in as-new condition will be accepted.
  
• Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or any other modifications will not be eligible for return.
  
• We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is deemed, in our reasonable opinion, to be of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or failure to take reasonable care.
  
  

Packaging Requirements

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, designed to prevent shipping damages.
  
• If the original packaging is unavailable, a packing fee of SGD100 is chargeable and deducted from the total refund
• Customers are encouraged to photograph the items scheduled for return, along with the packaging, before handing them over to our delivery partners.
  
  

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

• Items marked as "Clearance" or specified as "Final Sale."
  
• Items described as "Customised" or "Customisable".
  
• All mattresses.

Shipping and storage is a fixed cost incurred from administrative and logistics partners. Consequently, a 40% restocking fee based on the price sold per line item (after discounts, if any) will be deducted from your refund.

The refund calculation is as follows:

Purchase Price - Restocking Fee - Any other incurred fees (e.g packing fee, carry-down service) = Refunded Amount (S$)

Please note that the restocking fee also applies if you wish to return an item to place another order.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after we collect the returned item and verify its condition.
  
• The refund will take up to 7 business days to process once the item has been received.
  
• Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.
  
• We reserve the right to adjust the mode of refund as deemed necessary.
