Delivery, Disposal & Storage
We take pride in crafting high-quality furniture and ensuring its safe and timely delivery. Every product is securely packaged and professionally handled to arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Process
- Select your preferred estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.
- Once your order reaches our warehouse, you’ll receive a WhatsApp notification and email notification to schedule preferred delivery date and time slot (subject to availability).
Important Note
Before placing an order, please ensure the product dimensions (including packaging) are compatible with your doorways, staircases, and lifts. This is the customer’s responsibility to prevent delivery complications.
Delivery
Delivery includes product handling, full assembly, and transportation within Singapore.
Complimentary Delivery: Orders above SGD 1000.
For Orders Below SGD 1000, delivery fees of SGD 80-100 apply.
Separate Deliveries: Additional fees will be charged for split deliveries to different locations or on separate dates.
Carry-Up Service
For locations above the ground floor without lift access, fees are SGD 50 per item per non-lift-accessible level (up to 3 storeys). Applicable for any non-lift accessible storey including stairs within landed properties, apartments, or HDB maisonettes.
Carry-up service must be arranged during checkout or at least 7 business days before delivery.
Receiving Goods
Inspect items upon delivery. Any damages must be reported before the delivery team departs.
Signing the delivery order confirms acceptance of item condition. Subsequent claims will not be accepted.

Delivery Restrictions
Check with building management for any delivery restrictions (e.g., lift padding or entry permissions).
If entry is refused, delivery will be rescheduled, and additional charges will apply.
Right to Decline Delivery
One Two One reserve the rights to decline delivery due to Hazardous Circumstances Delivery such as:
- Reasonable access (e.g., doorways, stairs) is unavailable.
- Hazards (e.g., narrow staircases) make delivery unsafe.
- Items exceeding 80 kg may require self-transport if a carry-up service is unavailable.
Rescheduling Delivery
Rescheduling is free with at least 5 business days’ notice (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, excluding Public Holidays).
For changes within 5 business days of delivery, an amendment fee of SGD 100 for orders above SGD 500 and 10% of orders below SGD 500 may apply.
Change of Delivery Address
Notify us at least 7 business days in advance of any address change.
Ensure the new address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Orders sent to an incorrect address will be returned to our warehouse.
Redelivery fees of SGD 80-100 will apply for rescheduling.
Act of Nature
In case of delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes), delivery may be rescheduled or canceled without liability.
Delayed Delivery Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Deliveries may be rescheduled due to unforeseen delays.
Delivery times are approximate and may change. No compensation for delays.
Disposal
Disposal of furniture is a chargeable service with fees ranging from SGD 100 to 150, depending on the number and size of items. The exact disposal fee will be advised accordingly.
- HDB Residents: You may request free disposal services through your respective Town Council.
- Disposal Arrangements:
- Requests must be made at the point of ordering.
- To arrange disposal, send photos of the items to WhatsApp at +65-80-121-688 or email hello@121.com.sg.
- If disposal is not arranged in advance, delivery may be delayed, and additional costs will apply.
If you require disposal service but have not arranged it in advance, please contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact Us page. Notify us at least 3 business days before your delivery date (excluding the notification day itself).
Disposal Restrictions
We reserve the right to reject disposal items under the following circumstances:
- The item is mounted and requires specialized tools for dismantling.
- The item cannot fit into the lift.
- The item is infested with termites, bed bugs, or other living organisms.
- The item exceeds 80kg in weight.
- It is a last-minute request made during the delivery of your order.
In cases where disposal is rejected for any of the above reasons, the full disposal fee will be refunded within 7 business days.
Complimentary Storage (Singapore Only)
Enjoy up to 2 months of free storage from the estimated delivery date.
After 2 months, storage fees are 5% of the item's value per month.
