International Orders
Seamless Online Shopping at 121 Furniture
As a 100% online furniture store, we’ve designed our ordering process to be seamless and straightforward. Simply select your desired items, add them to your cart, and complete your purchase through our secure checkout.
Sales Order Confirmation
One Two One will issue a sales order confirmation via email within one working day after receiving full payment. This confirmation will include details of the purchased products and their associated lead times. Customers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the product details and lead times provided.
Please note:
- If any errors or discrepancies (e.g., incorrect products, quantities, or lead times) are found, they must be reported within 48 hours of placing the order.
- For discrepancies specific to the information in the sales order confirmation email, they must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the email.
Failure to report discrepancies within the specified timeframes may result in One Two One not being obligated to fulfill the order.
Order Modifications/Amendments
To modify your order due to a preference change, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the sales order confirmation.
International Orders: A SGD 30 administration fee and/or applicable credit card fees will apply to cover processing costs.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method. One Two One reserves the right to adjust the refund method if necessary.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations made after 24 hours of receiving the sales order confirmation will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the per-line-item price (after discounts) to cover logistical and handling costs.

Purchase with Purchase Orders
To ensure optimal value for our customers, all bundle (Purchase with Purchase) offerings are meticulously priced. As such, partial cancellations are not permitted for bundle orders. Only complete cancellations will be processed, and a handling fee may apply in certain cases. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.
Payment for International Orders
Payment Currency:
All transactions are conducted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payments must be made in SGD using accepted methods.
Shipping Fee:
The shipping fee will be communicated by our customer service team once your order is finalized. Payment of the shipping fee is required before order processing can begin.
Payment Methods:
We accept bank transfers as our preferred payment method. Debit or credit card payments are also accepted, with any platform administrative fees borne by the customer. Payment details will be provided at checkout.
Payment Confirmation:
An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment processing, serving as acknowledgment of your order placement.
Payment Processing Time:
Processing times vary based on the payment method and your financial institution. Order processing begins once payment is confirmed.
Balance Payment:
Failure to complete the balance payment within the stipulated timeframe will result in order cancellation, with any deposit paid being non-refundable.
Payment Disputes:
For payment disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as withholding delivery or pursuing legal remedies.
Payment Security: Your payment information is secured using encryption technology to ensure data protection.
Shipping Fee for International Orders
Customers are responsible for arranging their own forwarding company to receive items in Foshan, Dongguan, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen, China. Our terms are FOB (Free on Board) Shenzhen or Guangzhou, meaning we handle the goods until they are loaded onto your designated transport. Responsibility then shifts to you, the customer.
The furniture price includes the shipping fee to your selected logistics company within Foshan, Dongguan, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen.
