• Add the selected piece to your cart.
• Proceed to the checkout page and complete your order using our secure payment system.
• Receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment confirmation.
• Your order will then proceed to be crafted.
• Receive your order within 3 - 4 months.

For other Configurations:

• Get a Quote: Contact us to discuss the furniture piece, size, and fabric of your choice, and we’ll provide you with a personalised quote.
• Confirm & Deposit: Once you're satisfied with the details, confirm your order by making Full Payment
• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with all order and payment details.
• Production: Your order will then proceed to be crafted with care.
• Delivery: Expect to receive your custom-made furniture within 3 - 4 months.

• Free Shipping for orders totaling SGD$1,000 and above (Singapore only).
• Your furniture will be delivered to your home on the scheduled delivery date you select during checkout.
• Enjoy up to 2 months of complimentary storage from the estimated delivery date.
• Beyond the 2-month complimentary storage period, a storage fee of 5% of the item's value per month will apply. To arrange for a storage extension, please contact us.

• Should you choose to cancel your order or any item(s) therein due to a change of preference, kindly notify us within ONE Day (24 hours) after the sales order confirmation was sent to you. In such an event, you will be refunded without incurring any additional charges.
• Refunds for Singapore orders will be processed without incurring any additional charges.
• Refund for international orders, please note that an administration fee of SGD$30 applies in the case of a refund request. This fee covers the administrative costs incurred by the bank for processing the refund.
• Cancellation initiated after ONE Day (24 hours) subsequent to order confirmation will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the per-line-item price sold (after applicable discounts), ascribed to logistical and handling expenditures.
• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted as all our items are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, processed, or delivered, it cannot be changed.
