Cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation:

After 24 hours of order confirmation:

• Customised / Made-to-Order products – Strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
• Standard products – A cancellation fee of 40% of the item price (after discounts) applies, to cover logistics and handling costs.
